Urban Decay Cosmic Energy 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner) is a medium, yellowy gold with moderate warm undertones and a shimmery finish. It had sheer color coverage in a single layer, which did not build up well at all; the product looked more and more uneven with little added opacity when I tried to layer it. The consistency was almost fragile as it had a tendency to get mushed and breakoff during use, so it seemed overly emollient. This shade seemed to last seven hours on me, but it was hard to tell as it was quite sheer.
Urban Decay Cosmic Mission 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner) has a darker, plummy purple base with multi-colored shimmer–violet, blue, and murky green to my eyes–that gave it a pearly sheen. It had semi-sheer to medium pigmentation, which built up decently, though the eyeliner was too emollient and soft, which made it harder to apply with precision and often resulted in the pencil breaking during use (even on the lash line!). It wore well for seven hours on me.
Urban Decay Cosmic Eternal 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner) is a brighter, medium blue with moderate, cool undertones and a sparkly finish. The texture was very soft to the point where it was too soft to work with comfortably as the eyeliner kept breaking or getting mushed with a clump of pencil on my skin rather than delivering a smooth, even line of product. It had semi-opaque color coverage, but if I tried to layer or even it out, the product clumped up and looked worse for my attempts. This shade stayed on decently for seven hours but had light fallout/migration over time.
Urban Decay Cosmic Speed 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner) is a medium-dark black with neutral-to-cool undertones and flecks of gray sparkle. The texture was very creamy and soft, which resulted in a pencil that was difficult to use as it often broke during use or the tip would mush and make it impossible to get a thin, even line of product. It had semi-sheer coverage that did not build up well as the color ended up pushing around as I tried to work with it. There were signs of fading after seven hours of wear.
