She Hulk
The Urban Decay She Hulk 13-Pan Eyeshadow Palette is a new, limited edition eyeshadow palette featuring a combination of shimmers and mattes in warmer neutrals accented with a burst of blue and purple. There were some hits and misses, but the mattes were the standouts, since they were pigmented and blendable. The shimmers were a little less constant.
