Tom Ford Beauty Holly Lips & Girls Soft Shine Lip Color is a darker peach with warmer, more orange-leaning undertones paired with a natural sheen. It seemed like there was very fine, nearly imperceptible pearl throughout, which gave it a more pronounced luminosity but didn’t leave it looking like a shimmery lip color.
The texture was lightly creamy, lightweight, and smooth with enough slip to apply without dragging but not enough that it didn’t adhere well for decent wear. It had nearly opaque pigmentation in a single layer, which went on evenly and just barely sank into my lip lines (noticeable only in the close-up photo as I didn’t notice it in person). This shade stayed on nicely for four and a half hours and felt moisturizing over time.
Tom Ford Beauty Benedetta Lips & Girls Soft Shine Lip Color is a medium, true coral with moderate, warm undertones and a glossier, cream finish. It had nearly opaque color coverage in a single stroke, which was easily built up to full coverage with half of a layer more.
The lipstick had a creamy consistency that wasn’t too thin or too thick, so it glided easily across my lips but didn’t feel slippery when worn. The formula felt lightly hydrating over the four and a half hours it lasted for, but there was some product that sank into my lip lines, which was more noticeable after the shine wore down.
