Tom Ford Desert Fox Eyeshadow Quad

Desert Fox

Tom Ford Beauty Desert Fox Eye Color Quad is a new, warm-toned neutral quad that had semi-opaque to opaque coverage with three matte shades and one shimmer shade. It performed well overall and sat well on the lid.

Desert Fox #1

Desert Fox #1 is a medium peach with strong, warm orange undertones and a matte finish. It applied darker than it appeared in the pan. The texture was soft, smooth, and silky with a smidgen of powderiness in the pan. It had nearly opaque, buildable pigmentation that applied evenly to bare skin. This shade lasted well for seven hours before fading visibly.

Desert Fox #2

Desert Fox #2 is a medium brown with warm, more orange undertones and a matte finish. It had rich color coverage with a smooth, silky consistency that had light slip and wasn’t powdery at all, yet it blended out beautifully on my skin. It wore well for eight hours before showing signs of fading.

Desert Fox #3

Desert Fox #3 is a medium-dark gold with warmer, more orange undertones and a pearly sheen. The texture was soft, smooth, and blendable without being too firmly nor too softly-pressed into the pan. It had opaque pigmentation that stayed on nicely for eight hours before fading noticeably.

Desert Fox #4

Desert Fox #4 is a medium-dark brown with warm, reddish undertones and a matte finish. It had opaque pigmentation in a single layer, which applied evenly to bare skin and diffused easily along the edges. The consistency was soft, smooth, and finely-milled with a smidgen of powderiness in the pan but not on the lid. This shade lasted well for eight hours before fading visibly.
