The Tom Ford Beauty Island Haze Eye Color Quad is a new, limited edition warm-toned color story that includes two matte and two shimmer hues. The overall quality was high, and the formulae were more consistent and somewhat better-performing than typical Tom Ford eyeshadows (not gel-powder).
