Sydney Grace Raspberry Kiss 9-Pan Bundle is a new, permanent bundle that features nine shades across pink and plum tones. There are four mattes and five shimmers in the set, and all of the shades performed well: they were pigmented, blendable, and long-wearing. They also coordinated well together, and I could see several different combinations from the set (though they will all be on the plummy side!).
Sydney Grace Laughter Matte Shadow
Laughter is a lighter, almost peachy pink with strong, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable color payoff that applied well to bare skin and blended out with ease. The consistency was soft, smooth, and silky without being too powdery nor too firmly pressed in the pan. It stayed on nicely for eight hours on me before fading a bit.
Sydney Grace Treasure All Matte Shadow
Treasure All is a muted, rosy brown with warm undertones and a semi-matte finish. The pigmentation was opaque in a single layer, while the texture was soft, silky, and smooth without being too soft that it became prone to powderiness. This shade wore well for eight hours on me before fading noticeably.
Sydney Grace Trust Matte Shadow
Trust is a medium plum with strong, warm undertones and a semi-matte finish. There were fine, gold micro-shimmers throughout, which seemed to help keep the shade blendable but didn’t impact the finish as it looked matte in practice. It had rich pigmentation with a soft, blendable texture that was silky and finely-milled without being powdery. It lasted well on my eye for eight hours before showing signs of wear.
Sydney Grace Keep Smiling Matte Shadow
Keep Smiling is a medium-dark, plummy brown with neutral-to-warm undertones and a mostly matte finish. It had good pigmentation that was buildable to full coverage with less than half of a layer more. The texture was soft, a little dusty in the pan, but it applied well to bare skin without sheering out too readily and wasn’t prone to fallout. It stayed on well for eight hours on me before I noticed any fading.
Sydney Grace Aim High Pressed Pigment Shadow
Aim High is a pale pink with strong,w arm undertones and a pearly sheen–it had a strong sheen but wasn’t quite metallic. The shimmer in this shade was extremely finely-milled, and I wish we saw more shades in this finish (in general). The texture was like silk; smooth, lightly creamy, and flattering on the lid as it “melted” onto my skin. It wore well for eight and a half hours on me creasing faintly.
Shine Bright is a medium-dark pink with strong, warm undertones and a bright, highly-reflective metallic finish. It was intensely pigmented with a smooth, creamy texture that had noticeable slip on my skin, which worked best with a flat, synthetic brush or a fingertip for application. The color lasted well for eight hours on me before I noticed faint creasing.
Sydney Grace Be Kind Pressed Pigment Shadow
Be Kind is a rich, darker plum with warm, brown undertones and slightly less-warm pink and plum shimmer that gave it a metallic finish. The texture was incredibly soft, creamy, and dense without being too thick or too firmly pressed in the pan. It had intensely pigmented that applied beautifully to bare skin and blended out with ease. It stayed on nicely for eight hours on me before creasing slightly.
Sydney Grace Role Model Pressed Pigment Shadow
Role Model is a bright, medium plum with subtle, warm undertones and a pearly sheen. The eyeshadow had excellent color payoff in a single pass, which applied well to bare skin and blended out nicely along the edges. It had a smooth, firmer consistency that needed a slightly firmer hand to pick up evenly with a brush. This shade wore well for eight and a half hours on me before I noticed slight fading.
Sydney Grace Dream Big Pressed Pigment Shadow
Dream Big is a medium-dark, muted plum with subtle, warm undertones and a satin finish. It had opaque color coverage that applied well to bare skin with a smooth, even lay down of product that diffused well along the edges. The texture was soft, finely-milled, and firmly pressed in the pan enough not to be powdery but still picked up well with a brush. It lasted well for eight hours on me before fading a bit.
