As much as we loved the brightness of Living Coral (2019), the pop of Ultra Violet (2018) and the springy Greenery (2017), we appreciate the classic nature of the indigo hue. There’s something so serene about the new color of the moment.

The dusky blue shade works for every season and on everybody so expect to see it popping up everywhere, including on the runways, next year. It’ll probably even find its way into our homes. And if you choose to indulge in some new clothes, accessories or home decor items, the good news is that with a color this timeless, they’ll never really go out of style. Even if Pantone picks something like safety orange for 2021.
