Natasha Denona Palette 07 Eyeshadow Palette Review & Swatches
Palette 07
Natasha Denona Palette 07 Eyeshadow Palette 5 is a cool-toned palette featuring two grays, a matte teal, a brighter blue, and a mid-tone taupe. Four of the five shades were shimmery, though two had a lower-level sheen to them. While it used a more updated formula than the original 28-pan palettes had, there were still areas for improvement for all but one shade.
Natasha Denona Quick Silver (09M) Metallic Eye Shadow
Quick Silver (09M)
Quick Silver (09M) is a medium gray with neutral-to-cool undertones and a pearly sheen. It had semi-opaque color coverage that applied unevenly due to the more emollient, almost slippery, consistency that seemed to push around rather than adhere well. I’d recommend applying it with a dampened brush or fingertips to get the easiest application with it. The eyeshadow wore well for seven and a half hours before showing signs of fading.
Powder Blue (84V)
Powder Blue (84V) is a bright, medium blue-teal with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish. It had medium coverage that was buildable to semi-opaque pigmentation without a base but definitely benefited from a primer. The texture was moderately powdery and prone to sheering out, and there was light fallout if I wasn’t careful to tap off the excess thoroughly. This shade stayed on decently for seven and a half hours on me before fading visibly.
Natasha Denona Anthrazit (06P) Metallic Eye Shadow
Anthrazit (06P)
Anthrazit (06P) is a blackened-gray base with flecks of silver and teal micro-sparkle. The consistency was denser, slightly stiff and more slippery to work with, so it had to be pressed and patted into place with a firm, flat brush and then blended out. It had opaque coverage that lasted for eight hours on me before fading noticeably.
Natasha Denona Petroleum Blue (92M) Metallic Eye Shadow
Petroleum Blue (92M)
Petroleum Blue (92M) is a bright, medium blue with subtle, cool undertones and a pearly sheen. The texture was smooth to the touch, but it was a bit more firmly pressed into the pan so it didn’t pick up as evenly with a dry brush as other shades do. It had good color payoff that wore well for eight hours on me before fading visibly.
Natasha Denona Gray-Brown (38M) Metallic Eye Shadow
Gray-Brown (38M)
Gray-Brown (38M) is a medium, taupe-brown with neutral-to-cool undertones and a metallic sheen. It had excellent color payoff in a single layer with a smooth, lightly creamy texture that wasn’t too dense nor too firmly pressed into the pan. The color stayed on well for eight and a half hours before fading a bit.
