Marc Jacobs Pink Steam, Pink Flamingo, Hot Hot Hot Enamored Lip Lacquers Reviews & Swatches
Pink Steam (322)
Marc Jacobs Beauty Pink Steam (322) Enamored Hi-Shine Lip Lacquer is a medium lavender with subtle, warmer undertones and cooler blue and lavender pearl. It had a smooth, lightweight consistency that had a touch of tackiness while worn but was very comfortable and easy to wear as it didn’t feel overly thick.
It had semi-opaque coverage, which applied evenly across my lips and smoothed out a lot of my lip lines. The color stayed on nicely for five hours and felt moisturizing while worn.
Pink Flamingo (326)
Marc Jacobs Beauty Pink Flamingo (326) Enamored Hi-Shine Lip Lacquer is a light-medium pink with moderate, warm yellow undertones and a jelly-like, cream finish. It had a high-shine finish with semi-sheer color coverage. It didn’t emphasize my lip lines as much as it could have, though it could have applied more evenly. I felt like it performed better than most milkier pink glosses, but there was still room for improvement.
The texture was medium in thickness, lightly tacky, and smooth, which made it comfortable to apply and easy to spread across my lips. It lasted well for four hours and felt hydrating over time.
Hot Hot Hot (332)
Marc Jacobs Beauty Hot Hot Hot (332) Enamored Hi-Shine Lip Lacquer is a brighter, medium-dark raspberry pink with subtle, cool undertones and a glossy, cream finish. It had medium coverage, which seemed a little shy of marketing; the brand has a few shades described as “sheer” and several described as “opaque” while others have no indication (presumably more “as marketed”).
The gloss had a smooth, lightweight consistency that felt more medium in thickness with light tackiness (not enough to feel goopy but enabled it to have better longevity). There was a touch of product visible in my deeper lip lines, and the gloss could have applied more evenly. It wore well for five hours and felt moisturizing while worn.
