Drinking two glasses of cranberry juice daily may also protect you from cardiovascular diseases as well as aid in keeping diabetes, kidney issues, and dental plaque at bay. The juice may also help in warding off fungal, yeast, and bacterial pathogens thereby effectively controlling chronic urinary tract infections (UTI) and keeping your intimate areas healthy. However, it should be noted that several studies have indicated that the data on cranberry juice and cranberry supplements with regard to UTIs is inconsistent.
