The new EIC has given us buzzworthy covers featuring the likes of Nicole Kidman, Joan Collins, Julianne Moore and Olympia Campbell. In an effort to keep the hits coming, Tatler just dropped an eye-catching cover starring Elle Fanning. The actress and firm forum favorite serves retro Hollywood glam in the November 2019 cover photo lensed by Jack Waterlot. Elle stuns in a mustard Carolina Herrera number teamed with a Julia Clancey headscarf styled by Sophie Pera.
