Dior Rosy Canvas 3 Couleurs Tri(o)blique Palette Review & Swatches

Rosy Canvas (853)

Dior Rosy Canvas (853) 3 Couleurs Tri(o)blique is a new, limited edition pink-themed palette that includes two shimmery pinks and one more matte, deeper pink. The three shades were workable together, but I felt like the first and second shade could have been differentiated better. All three shades had good pigmentation, were blendable, and lasted between seven and eight hours over bare skin.

Rosy Canvas #1

Rosy Canvas #1 is a light-medium pink with warm undertones and a mix of lilac and gold shimmer over a metallic finish. It had good pigmentation with a soft, blendable consistency that wasn’t too powdery nor too firmly pressed in the pan. The product applied well over bare skin and stayed on well for eight hours on me.

Rosy Canvas #2

Rosy Canvas #2 is a light-medium pink with subtle, warm undertones and a metallic sheen. It had rich color payoff with a smooth, moderately dense consistency that was yielding without becoming powdery. The color applied evenly to bare skin and blended out without difficulty. It lasted well for eight hours on my skin before fading noticeably.

Rosy Canvas #3

Rosy Canvas #3 is a muted, medium-dark pink with subtle, warm undertones and a semi-matte finish. There was a hint of gold pearl in it, but it appeared mostly matte when applied to my skin. The texture was soft, velvety, and finely-milled, which gave it a silky feel on my skin. The eyeshadow applied fairly well but did sheer out slightly and never appeared as deep or as rich as it did in the pan on my skin. It wore well for seven and a half hours on me before it showed signs of wear.
