Dior Rose d’Hiver & Rouge Capucine Diorific Lipsticks

Rose d’Hiver (074)

Dior Rose d’Hiver (074) Diorific Lipstick is a dusty, darker pink with warm undertones and a frosted finish. It had opaque color payoff that applied fairly evenly across my lips, but there was some product that separated along my deeper lip lines, which became noticeable in person after two hours of wear. The texture was lightweight, creamy without being thick or overly emollient, but it wasn’t as smooth as other shades in the range. It wore well for four and a half hours and felt lightly moisturizing while worn.

Rouge Capucine (075)

Dior Rouge Capucine (075) Diorific Lipstick is a rich, deeper orange with moderate, warm red undertones and lighter copper and red pearl throughout a more metallic finish. It had opaque pigmentation in a single stroke, which adhered evenly to my lips and glided comfortably across them as the texture was lightweight and emollient without being too slippery. It was forgiving of texture imperfections but there was a touch of product in my deeper lip lines that wasn’t enough to be visible in person. The color lasted well for five hours and felt lightly hydrating over time.
