The ColourPop Trouble Maker 12-Pan Pressed Powder Shadow Palette is a new, limited edition cooler-toned color story including taupe, mauve, and pink. Six mattes were coupled with six shimmers. The shimmers were less remarkable since some colours were extremely emollient and thinner, causing them to apply unevenly until applied with fingertips. The mattes were more in line with the brand’s formula, so they were powdered yet blendable and pigmented.
