ColourPop Gone Metal 9-Pan Pressed Powder Palette is a permanent smoky-eye color story created specifically for Target. The palette included five matte eyeshadows and four shimmer hues in gray, taupe, and black tones. The quality was consistent throughout, with mattes that were pigmented and blendable with a light powderiness, and shimmers that were easy to apply with a dry brush or a fingertip as desired.
