Dare to Bare
ColourPop Dare to Bare Pressed Powder Shadow Quad is a new, all-matte, neutral eyeshadow quad that leaned light, more taupe, and neutral-to-warm in undertone All four shades were pigmented, blendable, and long-wearing with the biggest “con” being that the formula was lightly to moderately powdery, so using a lighter hand or tapping off excess would be ideal. They were more of a velvety-matte, which gave them a denser, more substantial feel.
Gotta Do It
Gotta Do It is a very light beige with subtle warmth and a matte finish. The consistency was more velvety, which gave it some substance and allowed it to have opaque coverage, despite being a little powdery. It wore well for seven and a half hours before fading visibly.
Stunning is a light-medium taupe-brown with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. It was richly pigmented with a smooth, more velvety consistency that was blendable and easy to work with. It stayed on nicely for eight hours before fading noticeably.
Ur Gutsy is a muted, medium-dark taupe-brown with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had opaque color coverage paired with a smooth, more velvety texture that was lightly powdery but not prone to sheering out. It lasted well for eight hours before fading a bit.
Truth Or is a deep taupe-brown with neutral-to-warm undertones and a matte finish. The consistency was soft, smooth, and more velvety, which yielded full color payoff in a single layer that was blendable on bare skin, though it was lightly powdery. It wore well for eight hours before fading visibly.
