Chanel Rose Eclatant & Rouge Vie Radiant Rouge Allure Velvet La Cometes

Rose Eclatant (128)

Chanel Rose Eclatant (128) Rouge Allure Velvet La Comete is a bright, medium red with warm undertones and a satin finish. There were flecks of gold micro-sparkle here and there, but they were difficult to notice in person. The texture was lighter, thinner, and more velvety, but it was forgiving of lip imperfections (like flaking). It had mostly opaque, buildable pigmentation that lasted five hours and became moisturizing over time.

Rouge Vie Radiant (138)

Chanel Rouge Vie Radiant (138) Rouge Allure Velvet La Comete is a bright, medium red with cool undertones and a satin finish. It was densely pigmented and nearly opaque in a single layer, but I felt like I needed to go over the inner area of my lips to achieve full coverage. The texture was smooth, velvety, and lightweight, with a thinner feel that did not appear clingy or prone to emphasizing lip texture or lines. It lasted for five hours and gradually hydrated me.
