Barack Obama Makes Billboard R&B Songs Charts Debut

New at No. 22 on this week’s Billboard Hot R&B Songs chart is… Barack Obama?

Our 44th president appeared alongside Christopher Jackson and gospel singer BeBe Winans, on the remixed model of “Hamilton” showstopper “One Last Time.” In the track, Obama recites a passage from George Washington’s 1796 farewell handle.

As far as we are able to inform, Obama is the one president, previous or current, who has been on the Billboard Charts. And humorous sufficient, this isn’t even his first time. According to Billboard, “Obama previously appeared on two now-defunct Billboard charts. A Moment in History: The Inauguration of Barack Obama hit No. 6 on the TV DVD Sales tally in March 2009, while a song, “Pop Off,” by JX Cannon that includes Obama, reached No. 10 on Billboard + Twitter Emerging Artists in December 2015.”
